We believe BuilderConnect to be one of the most intuitive, easy-to-use packages available. Like with all software, however, you will need assistance getting the product ready for you day-to-day business.
All of our training and support options are included in your monthly licensing fee. There are no additional charges for our training and on-going support.
Initial Setup and Configuration
Once you become a customer, you will be guided thru a series of tutorials that will assist you in setting up your system. These tutorials can be taken at your own pace. Each tutorial covers a different area of the system in which your company data must be entered before you can begin using the system for your daily business needs.
Free Live Webinars
Once you have completed the initial setup and configuration tutorials, or if you are a prospective user and would like an overview of the system, you can sign up for a free Live webinar session. There are different sessions each week, tailored to different aspects of BuilderConnect. There is no limit to the number of webinars you can attend. One-on-One Training
Should our existing customers have a need for one-on-one training, we will be happy to schedule this with you. The one-on-one training will take place via a Live webinar. As much as possible, we will schedule the training around your busy schedule. Please contact us directly if you need to schedule this training. Please indicate the type of training desired and your availability.

Tutorials, Help Documents
Once you become a customer, you will have access to tutorials that cover all aspects of the system. These tutorials can be taken at any time as refresher courses, should you begin working in a new area of the system. In addition, there are extensive help documents to assist you with any questions that may arise.

Product upgrades are scheduled monthly and are based on feedback and requests from our customers. Notification of changes, along with any necessary training are sent to our existing customers.
